Inspireret af japansk emballage, bøjer og shibari er Knotty Bubbles en skulpturel lampe lavet af mundblæste glas-'bobler' bundet sammen med knudret reb.
The way the glass bubbles catch the light from different angles is mesmerizing, and the knotted rope gives it a raw, sculptural feel that elevates my bookshelf. It’s heavier than I expected, which makes it feel substantial, and the hand-blown texture adds a nice organic touch to the room.
The knotted rope binding feels surprisingly sturdy and gives the whole piece a cozy, harbor-side vibe. My living room corner finally has the warm, sculptural glow it was missing, and every guest asks about it.
The way the hand-blown glass bubbles catch the light at dusk is honestly mesmerizing—each one seems to have its own little glow. I was worried the rope would look cheap, but the knots are tight and actually give it a nice sculptural weight on my shelf.
