The brass toggle feels weighty and satisfying to flip, and the wash of light across my hallway is genuinely softer than any lamp I’ve owned. It’s become the first thing I turn on at night, and I keep catching myself staring at the wall instead of my phone.

I was a little nervous about the unlacquered brass toggle developing a patina, but honestly it just makes the switch feel more organic. The light itself creates such a soft gradient across the wall, it's like the room got a subtle sunset.
