The wood grain is so tactile that I keep running my hand along the edge every time I pass by; it’s making the whole room feel more like a retreat. The design clearly borrows from that Hudson Valley country vibe, but it doesn’t feel rustic at all—more like quiet, refined calm.
The proportions are spot on—it fits the Hudson Valley aesthetic perfectly without feeling overly rustic. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and the wood grain still looks as warm and inviting as the day it arrived.
The finish feels more refined up close than the photos suggest, and it holds its shape perfectly in the room. I’ve been using it daily since it arrived and it still looks as good as the first day.
