Finally got it hung in the hallway, and the way the glass throws that warm light against the brass points is exactly the calm, old-meets-new look I was hoping for. It feels solid and well-made, not flimsy like some other sconces I've tried.
The mix of sharp brass and that soft glowing glass is such an elegant contrast, and it really does feel like it pulls two different design eras together. I keep catching myself just staring at it when the lights are dimmed.
The brass points and glass globe feel like they’re having a quiet conversation, and the whole thing casts a warm, even glow that makes my hallway feel older and more elegant. I keep catching myself staring at it instead of walking past.
