Wie Endless wurde auch Jason Millers Mini-Kollektion ursprünglich als Lichtobjekt mit architektonischem Charakter konzipiert. Maßstab und Konstruktion von Mini sind jedoch von hölzernen Schiffsmasten inspiriert. Bevor es fortschrittliche Materialien und industrielle Fertigung gab, waren hölzerne Segelschiffe die technischen Wunderwerke ihrer Zeit. Aus Notwendigkeit heraus war ihre Konstruktion ebenso erfinderisch wie schön.
