La serie Modo se inspiró en los tipos de piezas prefabricadas y estándar que se pueden encontrar en tiendas de iluminación económicas. Sin embargo, a diferencia de estas, Modo está meticulosamente diseñada y fresada a medida con CNC en aluminio macizo. El sistema de radios y buje permite docenas de configuraciones, lo que hace que Modo sea tan versátil como hermosa.
Machined parts are crisper than anything I've seen at the big-box lighting aisle, and the threads seat together with zero slop. It's clearly not a mass-produced piece, the kind of precision you actually notice when you're tightening it down.
The fit and finish are way beyond what you'd expect from something that looks like a basic off-the-shelf fixture. I spent a good few minutes just running my fingers along the CNC-milled edges, they're that precise.
The machining on this thing is so clean it’s almost a shame to hide it behind a lampshade. You can tell it’s not one of those flimsy off-the-shelf fixtures just by picking it up.
