Originariamente concepito come candelabro, Agnes trae ispirazione dall'eroina fittizia omonima, una lavoratrice del mestiere più antico del mondo durante la corsa all'oro in California del 1849. Il sistema modulare avrebbe permesso ad Agnes di allestire facilmente il suo improvvisato "luogo di lavoro". In questa versione, tubi di vetro luminosi sostituiscono le candele. Le giunture articolate consentono di disporre il vetro in molteplici modi.
