Boden is a sculptural fixture emanating from irregular balance points. Designed to be versatile in application, the components feel equally refined as a single piece, or installed as repeating architectural elements, or groups. The Boden shades contain a dimmable LED source and rotate to cast light directionally. The design is intricate, refined, and elegantly efficient.
The way the balance points shift as you walk past is honestly mesmerizing, each piece catches the light differently. I’ve got it standing alone in the hallway and it completely changes the space without feeling heavy.
Installed three of these in a row along our hallway and the repeating rhythm creates this gorgeous architectural shadow play as the light shifts. Each piece feels substantial and precisely balanced on its own, but together they completely transform the space.
The irregular balance points make it look different from every angle, which is exactly what I wanted for my entryway. Assembly took a bit of patience to get the single-piece setup just right, but once it was up, it felt very refined.
