Spare and economical in form, Excel is a family of fixtures made from simple, elegant structures with illuminated shades. Inspired by the colorful lines and charts of the software program by the same name, the full Excel family includes the table lamp, wall sconce, floor lamp and chandelier.
The minimal frame looks almost architectural on my desk, and the light it casts has this warm, even glow that makes working late feel calmer. It's surprisingly sturdy for how spare it is, and the whole setup took me under two minutes.
The illuminated shade throws such a soft, even glow that my desk corner finally feels finished. I was worried the simple structure would look flimsy, but it’s surprisingly solid and the light is perfect for late-night spreadsheet sessions.
The slim profile fits right into the corner of my home office without stealing the desk space, and that illuminated shade gives off a clean, focused glow that's perfect for late-night spreadsheet work. Honestly, the simple structure feels more premium than the price suggests, and it's held up great
